We hold extensive stock in our warehouse in St. Helens. We operate our own delivery vehicles daily with ADR trained drivers and use qualified carriers where required to make sure all our customers have their orders delivered when they need them.

To ensure we are able to deliver critical items quickly – when you need them most, we can offer customers a Service Level Agreement (SLA). This agreement is bespoke to you and your business and is developed in partnership with your Total Lab Supplies Business Development Manager.

We commit to stocking products to support your requirements and deliver to a schedule defined by you. Each SLA is reviewed regularly where we can provide performance details and adjust levels as required.

We run SLAs in a number of key accounts which include national food, pharmaceutical and chemical companies. The SLA is designed to manage and improve the stock supply chain – we would be happy to discuss with you how the service works and how we can best match your requirements.

Total Lab Supplies would be happy to discuss this service with you. Consignment stock can be run on a number of levels including stores that are managed and manned on-site. Such a service means reduced costs to yourselves, optimised stock levels and customer specific reports and invoicing procedures.

We have in depth experience of running such stores and in taking over existing major supplies contracts. By working closely together zero stock outs are a realistic and achievable goal. Meetings at regular intervals allow continual improvements and the smooth operation of consignment stocks.
